Your service was extremely good. The site was easy to use and delivery was very fast. I was also delighted to find that although I bought the first two balls of that particular yarn in Ruthin to knit for one child, when another decided that she would in fact like that yarn for her garment and I ordered it from yourselves (I live on Anglesey and don't have my own transport) the lot and dye numbers were exactly the same so no problem in knitting a larger garment.

Dearest Sue, the order that received was absolutely perfect, when I first open the parcel, I spent at least ten to fifteen minutes It's a just looking, feeling it pressing my nose into each ball. I love everything about knitting especially spending time with a new delivery. I'm like a child with a new toy. Everything about the delivery is what I wanted, I was so pleased and started the blanket the next day. I heard a keen knitter on TV say There are those who, knit and those who can't not knit and this I am. I am a KNITAHOLIC. And I hope that I never recover!! Hi Cottontail Craft, I live in Bristol but was recently on holiday in Yorkshire. I dropped into your shop as a friend recommended it (she had been to a wedding in Settle pre-Covid). I was able to get what I needed following advice from the lady in the shop. I am new to crocheting after years as a knitter. Afterwards I was looking to buy a couple more items on line from the same range (both the yarn and the lovely crochet hooks) and your name popped up. So I decided to buy (more than planned!!!) from you, as a small retailer, rather than from a bigger chain. Very pleased with my purchases- still early days on crocheting! I love using Cottontail Crafts, there are very competitive price wise, dispatch is quick, most orders same day. I also know from previous experience when something I've ordered has been out of stock you get a very nice phone call apologizing and asking if you wish to wait for it to come back into stock, an offer of an alternative or your money back. Love using small businesses much more personal and efficient than big companies.

Thank you so much for not only having the knitting wool I needed in stock but also for sending me my order more promptly than I had expected considering the difficult times we are living through. I had decided to knit my daughter a shawl for Christmas based on a baby blanket pattern. However it soon became very apparent that I had seriously misjudged not only how long it would take me to knit but more importantly, how much yarn I needed. Worse was to follow when I discovered that the King Cole Bramble (Loganberry) I had chosen, was seriously out of stock ... everywhere! I despaired! Then by chance, I saw your website and couldn't believe my luck when I was able to purchase two balls. These arrived just as I was coming to the end of my original purchase. Thanks to you, I now have a fighting chance of completing my daughter's gift, albeit a little shorter and a little later than at first envisaged, in time for her birthday! Not being able to visit Settle this year, but we hope to, and missing my favourite craft shop, I purchased some stash from Sue's website. Disappointed? Never! I saw Cotton Tail Crafts Facebook pages and made my purchases. Cross stitch kits, beautiful soft wool and patterns. So quick and easy. The package arrived promptly and so well packed. My email enquiry regarding stock of the pom poms was answered quickly, followed by a prompt despatch of my order. What can I say about my recent purchase? Such fantastic service, as always. Unfortunately, when placing my order, my system was misbehaving itself. I had items in my basket but could not access again to add or complete my order and frustration was setting in! No problem though after calling Sue! Always enjoying holidays in Settle, which always feels like "home" but more especially when first entering Cottontail Crafts. Walking into the shop, immediately one feels transformed into a '"craft heaven" with the great abundance of choice of all kinds of wool, materials plus other craft. Once again lovely fabric from Cottontail Crafts. Shopping online with the company is a great experience, an easy to navigate website to a brilliant buying experience. A very fast service from buying to receipt of the order with the items are well packaged with a lovely presentation of the fabric, carefully wrapped in tissue paper and tied with ribbon. Postage is extremely reasonable and in my experience the personal touch from Sue is an example of a business that cares about their customers. I started buying from Sue during lockdown but for all the reasons stated I will continue to use Cottontail’s long after it has ended.

Wendy Nina Green Eyes : This is meant as a scarf yarn, but I used it to make a Christmas wreath. It's a yarn which you knit the mesh attached to the yarn rather than the yarn itself. After watching the utube video, I soon got the hang of it and with a couple of hours my wreath was finished and the effect is beautiful. So I say have a go!

It was great to be able to download the pattern and receive it straight away, (and not to have to pay postage!). I'm only part way through making the gilet but the instructions are clear, although I haven't knitted pockets before so that will be the acid test! Will be more than happy to use Cottontail again.

I searched all my usual suppliers, local shops and online but it was just by chance I found your site.
